Established regional/national practice is seeking a partner to join its Boulder office to lead and expand transactional work across corporate, private equity and life sciences matters with a complementary focus on energy-related transactions and IP strategy. The role combines client-facing deal work with team leadership and business development.

The successful candidate will handle complex M&A and private equity transactions, advise on corporate governance and IP-related commercial issues, and work closely with cross-practice teams on energy and life sciences matters. There is scope to build a portable practice and contribute to practice growth locally and regionally.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and private equity, ideally with exposure to life sciences and IP-related commercial work.
Experience on energy or energy-related transactional matters preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and business development skills; ability to work collaboratively across practices.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
