Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Boulder

Senior corporate partner sought to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice from the firm's Boulder office. The role focuses on transactional matters, corporate governance, and cross-office collaboration on regional and national deals.

The successful candidate will work with an established team of corporate lawyers while developing client relationships and originating new work. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable track record of business development are welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; ability to generate and grow business.
• Comfort working collaboratively across practice groups and offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
