Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a Finance & Banking and Corporate practice from the Boulder office. The role will focus on investment and asset management matters, advising institutional and private clients on transactional, regulatory and fund-formation issues.

The successful candidate will take a senior practice-development role: managing client relationships, winning new work, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with a broader national team. A portable practice and demonstrated business-generation ability are welcome.

Established partner-level background in finance/banking and corporate matters with a focus on investment/asset management
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission and strong academic credentials
