Seeking a senior securities and finance partner to join a well-established regional practice in Boulder. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory work across securities, investment management, and capital markets for a diverse client base.

The partner will originate and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business in securities and investment management are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level background in securities, investment management and finance transactions or regulatory work
Proven track record of originating or managing client engagements; portable book of business welcomed
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience supervising associates
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; team-oriented and able to work cross-functionally
