Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boulder office to build and lead an integrated finance and insurance practice. The role will focus on transactional finance work and insurance-related matters, working with a mix of regional and national clients across the sector.

The successful candidate will take a senior seat in the office, developing client relationships, originating work, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a well-resourced platform while maintaining a degree of autonomy over client development and matter strategy.

Established partner with significant experience in finance/banking and insurance-related matters.
Proven business development and client origination skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
Track record of leading transactions, supervising teams, and cross-selling services across an office or platform.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
