Senior finance partner role in the Boulder office of a national law firm seeking an experienced leader to grow and manage a diverse lending and finance practice. The role covers commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance, with occasional commercial litigation matters.

The hire will advise lenders, financial services providers and public issuers on transactional and regulatory matters, supervise associates, and coordinate cross-practice work. The team serves a mix of regional and national clients across consumer and commercial finance matters.

There is an expectation of developing a portable practice or expanding existing client relationships to drive regional growth.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking, with strong commercial lending and consumer finance credentials.
Demonstrable track record advising lenders, card issuers or other financial-services clients; public finance experience a plus.
Comfort managing related commercial litigation or coordinating with litigators when matters arise.
Business development skills and experience leading a small team or practice group; active bar admission required.
