Join a national full-service law firm’s corporate team in Boulder as a lateral partner focused on M&A and transactional work. The role will lead deals and advise clients across a range of corporate matters, working with a team of experienced corporate lawyers.

This is a client-facing position that combines matter leadership with business development. The firm is seeking a partner who can manage significant transactions, mentor junior lawyers and help grow the regional corporate practice.

Established partner with a transactional/M&A background.
Proven track record of leading corporate deals and managing teams.
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
JD and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.
