Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boulder litigation team with a focus on securities and healthcare-related matters. The role offers responsibility for high‑profile civil and regulatory disputes arising at the intersection of securities, life sciences and digital health.

The successful candidate will split time between casework and client development, helping expand the firm's regional practice and advising existing clients on enforcement, investigations, and complex commercial litigation. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team with national platform resources while maintaining a significant role in driving local business.

Established partner with a track record in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, white‑collar matters or related healthcare/life‑sciences disputes.
Proven client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is preferred.
Strong courtroom and/or investigative experience and history of leading teams on complex matters.
Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction; strong communication and mentoring skills.
