High-Tech Intellectual Property Associate — New York

New York office seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property associate to join a busy patent litigation team. The role focuses on high‑technology matters and involves district court litigation and related proceedings before tribunals such as the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Ideal candidates will have strong technical training, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage significant litigation tasks on complex, high‑stakes matters. The team offers professional development within a broad, technology‑focused litigation platform.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience (district court experience preferred)
• Technical background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or a closely related field
• Patent Bar admission required
• Experience before the ITC and/or PTAB is a strong plus
• Excellent research, drafting, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills
