High Tech Intellectual Property Associate — Patent Litigation

Established international law firm is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property associate to join its U.S. IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters, with an emphasis on high‑tech disputes and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to the Patent Bar and have strong technical credentials (electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar). The team is collaborative and candidates may be considered for placement in multiple U.S. offices, with a particular preference for New York.

• 3 to 6 years of patent litigation experience (district court experience required)
• Background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or similar technical field
• Experience with PTAB proceedings strongly preferred
• Patent Bar admission required
• Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
