Join an established national firm's in-house advocacy team providing courtroom and advisory services across commercial litigation, personal injury, family and employment matters. The role is flexible in location and combines drafting, advisory work and regular advocacy (remote and in-person), supported by an advocacy clerk for diary and paperwork management.

You will work closely with case teams to deliver efficient, client-focused outcomes and will be exposed to varied and challenging advocacy opportunities with scope to develop your technical profile.

  • Qualified Barrister or Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience.
  • Proven advocacy experience in courtroom or tribunal settings (claimant or defendant).
  • Experience in one or more of: commercial litigation, personal injury/medical negligence, family law or employment tribunals.
  • Strong drafting, advisory and conference skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
