Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm’s regulatory practice as an Innovation Attorney focused on applying legal technology and AI to regulatory matters. You will advise practice teams and clients on integrating generative AI, data analytics, and productivity tools into legal workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and client service.
This role acts as a bridge between lawyers, practice leadership and the technology team: configuring platforms, developing templates and workflows, piloting solutions on matters, and helping scale successful innovations across teams. You will also support client-facing collaborations on technology projects and contribute to training, adoption, and vendor engagement.
- JD (or equivalent) and admission to an applicable state bar
- Approximately 2 years' experience as a practicing lawyer or in a legal operations role; regulatory experience required
- Demonstrated interest and experience with legal technology, AI tools, and productivity platforms
- Experience in solution design, business analysis, or client-facing project work; ability to translate technical concepts for lawyers
- Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office
