Apply in confidence →Leading law firm is hiring an Innovation Attorney to support a specialized business unit focused on strategic advisory and government enforcement work. The role sits on the firm s Innovation team and will collaborate across offices, practice groups and departments to drive technology-enabled improvements to legal service delivery.
The attorney will lead projects to digitalize practice workflows, pilot and product-manage legal technology (including generative AI), capture and use matter and experience data, and design client-facing solutions and knowledge resources. The position can be based in any U.S. office with consideration for fully remote U.S. locations.
- J.D. and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Approximately six years' post-qualification experience as a litigation, regulatory, transactional or policy attorney at a large law firm.
- Demonstrated familiarity and enthusiasm for legal technology, including AI/generative AI, automation and data-driven tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and change-management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
