You will handle a predominately inquest-based caseload, act as a client-facing advocate, and work closely with colleagues across the broader health practice. The team offers a collaborative environment with flexibility, structured supervision and opportunities for career development.
- Demonstrable interest in inquest work and coroner’s court advocacy; previous advocacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in health and social care regulation, CQC, mental health or information governance matters.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills with experience engaging regulators, courts and other stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, commercially minded, and willing to support marketing/business development and internal networks.
- Comfort handling confidential information and adhering to firm protocols on billing, file management and financial controls.
