Join a well-regarded Health, Care and Public Law team advising NHS trusts, health and social care providers, charities and other public-sector bodies. The role focuses on advocacy in Coroner’s Court with related regulatory and professional-regulatory advisory work.

You will handle a predominately inquest-based caseload, act as a client-facing advocate, and work closely with colleagues across the broader health practice. The team offers a collaborative environment with flexibility, structured supervision and opportunities for career development.

Demonstrable interest in inquest work and coroner’s court advocacy; previous advocacy experience preferred.
Knowledge or interest in health and social care regulation, CQC, mental health or information governance matters.
Excellent client-handling and communication skills with experience engaging regulators, courts and other stakeholders.
Team-oriented, commercially minded, and willing to support marketing/business development and internal networks.
Comfort handling confidential information and adhering to firm protocols on billing, file management and financial controls.
