Top-tier national law firm seeks a full-time, partnership-track Insurance Coverage Associate to join its Insurance practice. The role involves handling insurance-coverage matters for policyholders and/or insurers across first- and third-party disputes, with significant litigation responsibility.

The firm is hiring for multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Miami, Richmond, Washington, D.C., and New York). Successful candidates will work closely with colleagues and clients, take initiative on matters, and contribute to pro bono matters and client-service efforts.

2–5 years of post-qualification insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
Experience with first- and third-party policies and insurance-policy interpretation
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; demonstrated litigation experience
Bar admission in the jurisdiction of hire preferred; must obtain local bar admission within one year of joining
Excellent client-service orientation, leadership potential, and willingness to perform pro bono work
