A national law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Seattle office. The role offers exposure to a broad insurance defense practice and collaboration with a team handling complex coverage and bad-faith matters in state and federal courts.

Day-to-day work includes analyzing policy language, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage disputes across policy types such as CGL, D&O, E&O, commercial auto, excess casualty, and environmental coverage. The position requires clear, professional client and carrier communication and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced practice.

Active Washington State law license (admission required)
3–5 years of insurance coverage experience, including third-party coverage and coverage litigation
Proven experience drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage disputes
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team; Oregon admission a plus
