Established national firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Seattle office and support a busy insurance coverage practice. The role involves handling third-party coverage matters, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage and bad-faith disputes in state and federal courts.

Candidates will work on a variety of policy types (CGL, D&O, E&O, commercial auto, excess casualty, environmental) and collaborate with a team on complex coverage issues. The position requires strong written advocacy, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3–5 years of insurance coverage experience (third-party coverage and coverage litigation preferred)
Active license to practice in Washington State (Oregon admission a plus)
Proven experience drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
