Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney — Insurance

Seeking litigation attorneys to join a national insurance litigation practice with openings across Southern California (San Diego, Carlsbad, Orange County, Los Angeles) and the option to work remotely. The role focuses on coverage and extra-contractual litigation across state and federal courts.

Typical matters involve first- and third-party property & casualty coverage, professional liability, UIM/UM, life/health/disability coverage, and bad-faith claims. The position offers opportunity for substantive courtroom and motion practice and professional development within a large, multi-state platform.

Candidates will be expected to manage their own dockets, develop and execute discovery plans (including depositions), assess exposure, prepare case evaluations, and produce strong written work product.

• Minimum ~4 years' insurance coverage litigation experience (California matters preferred)
• Active California Bar licensure required
• Proven experience in state and federal court litigation, including discovery and depositions
• Strong legal writing, research, case assessment, and time-management skills
