The role focuses on automobile insurance defense matters, including cases addressing state-mandated minimum financial responsibility limits.

The attorney will help lead a national-counsel approach to personal injury and property-damage dockets, working remotely from Georgia and collaborating with colleagues across the firm. The position offers a flexible billable-hour expectation and requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple matters nationwide.

Active Georgia bar license required
Minimum 5 years' experience in automobile insurance defense, including minimum financial responsibility matters
Experience managing high-volume or nationwide dockets and directing national-counsel strategies
Comfortable using legal technology and AI tools; willingness to adopt firm-approved platforms
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and clear written/verbal advocacy
