National law firm has an immediate opening for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join a virtual national counsel team handling automobile insurance defense and minimum financial-responsibility matters. The role focuses on management of personal injury and property-damage cases across multiple jurisdictions and will support clients in the transportation, manufacturing and technology sectors.

This is a remote/virtual role open to candidates based in Georgia who hold an active Georgia bar license. The position offers a flexible billable-hour arrangement and requires strong judgment, the ability to manage a nationwide docket, and clear articulation of legal strategy.

Successful candidates will be comfortable leveraging technology (including AI and firm-approved tools), working collaboratively with national teams, and handling multiple matters efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Minimum 5 years' experience in automobile insurance defense, including minimum financial-responsibility matters
Active Georgia bar license and residence in Georgia
Proven experience managing personal injury and property damage dockets across jurisdictions
Comfortable using legal technology and AI tools; strong organizational and communication skills
