Intellectual Property Associate — Patent Litigation

Seeking mid-to-senior IP litigation associates to join a national Intellectual Property & Technology practice with openings in Seattle, Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C. You will work on complex patent litigation (district court and ITC), handling matters across life sciences, consumer products and high-technology industries.

Applicants should be able to manage substantive litigation responsibilities, contribute to trial and appellate work, and collaborate closely with cross-office teams. The role offers eligibility for an hours-based bonus and sits within a large, specialist IP practice.

Candidates must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.

• Minimum of 4 years of substantive IP litigation experience (mid-to-senior level)
• Experience in federal district court and/or ITC proceedings
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical background preferred (e.g., computer science, electrical/mechanical engineering, software, life sciences)
• Licensed or otherwise eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
