National technology-focused IP team seeks an associate to support both patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology matters and collaboration with experienced IP lawyers across multiple U.S. offices.

This position can be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.; other major U.S. offices may also be considered. Candidates should expect a mix of docketing, drafting and litigation support on complex patent matters for clients in the technology sector.

Applications should include law school and undergraduate transcripts (and graduate transcripts, if applicable).

Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to at least one U.S. bar (or pending admission)
Experience with patent prosecution and/or patent litigation matters in the technology space
Technical background or degree in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline preferred
Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills; ability to work collaboratively on cross-office teams
