Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Join a large, international IP practice advising technology clients on patent prosecution and related litigation matters. The team handles matters across cutting‑edge technology sectors and works closely with litigation and transactional groups to deliver coordinated client solutions.

This is a multi‑office role; candidates may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. The position offers exposure to both patent prosecution and contentious IP work within a high‑quality, full‑service firm environment.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record
• Experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving technology matters
• Comfort working on cross‑office, team‑based matters and collaborating with litigation/transactional colleagues
• Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction; USPTO registration preferred for prosecution‑focused candidates
