Apply in confidence →Top-tier litigation team in New York is seeking a junior-to-mid-level intellectual property attorney to join its life sciences practice. The role focuses on high-stakes patent litigation and counseling for pharmaceutical and biotech matters, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) disputes.
Successful candidates will work on district court litigation and PTAB proceedings, contribute to case strategy, draft briefs and motions, support discovery and depositions, and advise clients on patent enforcement and defense. The position offers hands-on responsibility on complex matters within a nationally recognized IP litigation platform.
- Experience in patent litigation with a focus on life sciences or pharmaceutical matters.
- Familiarity with Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and/or BPCIA litigation and PTAB practice.
- Strong briefing, oral advocacy, and client-counseling skills; ability to manage litigation tasks and contribute to strategy.
- Bar admission and relevant litigation experience at a law firm or in-house IP litigation group.
