Proven experience in patent litigation and IP disputes at the partner level
Demonstrable client origination and a portable practice or established book of business
Track record of leading case strategy, depositions, expert work and trial preparedness
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
