Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Florham Park)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Florham Park. The role will handle both contentious antitrust litigation and transactional competition work, collaborating with litigation and corporate teams on cross-practice matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team, advise sophisticated clients, and play a visible role in originating and developing business. This is a partner-level role for an attorney with a proven track record in antitrust matters and the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience, including both litigation and transactional matters
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed
• Strong analytic, writing and oral advocacy skills; experience working on cross-practice matters with corporate and litigation teams
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to manage partner-level responsibilities
