Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Florham Park office to strengthen and grow the Finance & Banking and Corporate practices. The role will focus on investment and asset management matters, advising institutional and private clients on transactions and regulatory/commercial issues.

The team works on a mix of transactional and advisory work for asset managers and related financial services clients. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute senior-level experience, help develop business, and collaborate with cross-office practice teams.

Portable practice and a demonstrable ability to generate and manage client relationships are welcome; the firm offers resources to support practice growth and client service delivery.

Established partner with a substantive investment management / asset management practice
Proven record of originating or materially growing client relationships; portable business encouraged
Strong technical and commercial skills in finance and corporate transactional or regulatory matters
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with practice groups
