Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance and insurance practice from the firm's Florham Park office. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work for financial institutions and insurance industry clients, working closely with a national team on sophisticated matters.

The position excludes insurance coverage and defense litigation; the emphasis is on regulatory, transactional and counseling matters across insurance and finance. This is a visible role with firm-wide support and opportunities to develop a regional practice.

The team welcomes candidates with an established portable practice or the ambition to originate and expand client relationships locally and nationally.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and insurance matters (transactional, regulatory, counseling)
Track record of client development; portable book of business welcomed
Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to work with a national practice group
Admission to practice in New Jersey or jurisdictional flexibility to become admitted
