Proven partner-level patent litigation experience, including trial and complex dispute work
Track record of generating and managing client relationships; portable book of business required
Ability to work across litigation and finance/structured finance matters
Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
