Apply in confidence →An established international law firm is seeking an interim capital markets lawyer to support Debt and Equity Capital Markets work and related M&A matters in Singapore. This is an adaptive/interim consulting role providing flexible resourcing on high-quality transactions for the firm’s clients.
The role covers DCM (bonds, MTN programmes, structured debt), ECM (IPOs, secondary offerings, equity-linked products) and public/private M&A, including drafting, negotiating and managing transaction documentation and disclosure obligations.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal business, risk and compliance teams and external counsel, receive support from a sponsoring partner and have access to the firm’s resources and training while on assignment.
- Minimum 10 years' PQE in capital markets and/or corporate law at a leading international firm or in-house at a financial institution
- Strong experience across DCM, ECM and M&A transactions (bond issuances, MTN programmes, equity offerings and related documentation)
- Familiarity with Singapore and broader APAC capital markets and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; commercially minded and able to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
