Interim ECM/M&A Lawyer — Corporate (London)

Short-term (approximately 6-month) interim role within a leading international law firm's flexible resourcing team supporting a major financial‑institution client. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and an immediate start to cover elevated transactional workload in ECM and public M&A.

You will be supported by an internal sponsor and will have access to the firm's know‑how, training resources and network of events for interim consultants. The role suits a commercially minded lawyer used to fast‑moving deadlines and collaborative client work.

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent)
• Significant ECM and/or public M&A experience
• Experience advising or working with financial institutions desirable
• Strong commercial judgment, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team; comfortable with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Available for a c.6‑month assignment; hybrid working
