Apply in confidence →We are seeking an experienced interim funds lawyer to support a significant merger and business transformation initiative in Hong Kong. You will advise stakeholders on legal risks, draft and negotiate key commercial and investment documentation including investment management agreements and distribution agreements, and collaborate closely with business, compliance, risk, and operational teams across the region. You will also assist with regulatory matters arising from the integration and manage external counsel as needed.
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 6+ years' PQE
- Experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within asset management, investment funds, or financial services
- Exposure to the Hong Kong asset management regulatory environment
- Experience supporting regional matters, including Singapore, is advantageous
- M&A or corporate transaction experience, particularly post-merger integration, is also of interest
