Interim Junior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer — London

Short-term (initial 6-month) interim role supporting a major client via a flexible resourcing team within a leading international law firm. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis and involves day-to-day corporate and commercial work for an AMIF client.

The appointed lawyer will be supported by a sponsoring partner and a client team, and will have access to the firm's resources, know-how and training while on assignment. This is a hands-on role for someone able to step into transactional and contract work quickly.

The firm operates standard background screening for new hires; relevant checks may be required depending on the role.

• Qualified solicitor (UK)
• Experience on transactional corporate and/or commercial contract matters
• Practical experience with NDAs desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Reliable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
