Join a leading international law firm's global consultant platform as a corporate legal consultant supporting a range of M&A, private equity, venture capital and commercial matters. Assignments are typically six months or longer and sit either within the firm's corporate teams or directly with clients.

Typical engagements include supporting public and private M&A, ECM work, transactions for investment managers and fintech/commercial launches (licensing, shareholder and commercial agreements). The role offers access to firm resources, training and professional support while allowing you to manage a flexible, self-directed consulting career.

Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A (top-tier firm experience preferred)
Experience in public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital or ECM
Strong commercial awareness, project management skills and ability to transition quickly into new teams/clients
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; client-focused and autonomous
UK practising certificate (or equivalent) and right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
