Flexible, interim consultancy role for a funds lawyer to support investment managers and regulated asset managers on a range of fund work. Assignments are typically 3–6 months and focus on fund launches, documentation, investor engagement and day-to-day operational and governance issues.

The role sits within a specialist flexible-resourcing team and includes access to firm resources, training and a sponsoring partner while on assignment. Consultants are expected to integrate with client legal, compliance and business teams and deliver high-quality advice under tight deadlines.

Open to qualified lawyers with 2–5 years' PQE who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE in funds or investment management work
Experience of fund formation, fund documentation and ongoing fund operations
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including investor/side-letter experience
Ability to work quickly to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
