Top-tier international arbitration team seeks an associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The group represents parties in complex, cross-border disputes under major arbitral rules and works closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers early responsibility, regular partner interaction, and exposure to high‑stakes, multinational matters. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, globally integrated practice.

• Minimum of 2 years' legal experience, including prior international arbitration exposure
• Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• Native or strong Spanish plus full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Authorized to work in the United States
