- Minimum of 2 years' legal experience, including prior international arbitration exposure
- Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
- Native or strong Spanish plus full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Authorized to work in the United States
