The role is geared toward candidates from the graduating classes 2022–2024; more senior applicants should have prior international arbitration experience.
Successful candidates will work on cross-border disputes and arbitration matters, participate in a structured mentorship program for lateral hires, and benefit from formal professional-development and pro bono opportunities. The role follows a hybrid model (primarily in-office Monday–Thursday) and may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The expected starting base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000, with final compensation determined by experience and other job-related factors.
- Junior to mid-level associate (classes 2022–2024) with prior law firm litigation experience preferred
- Demonstrated interest in international disputes; prior international arbitration experience preferred for more senior candidates
- Strong academic record; excellent research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
- Judicial clerkship experience considered a plus
