Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Madrid litigation team with a focus on cross-border disputes and collections. The role will handle high-value, multi-jurisdictional litigation for an international client base.

The successful candidate will lead complex enforcement and collections matters, work closely with teams across jurisdictions, and develop business in Spain and internationally. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, ideally including cross-border and collections work
Proven track record of originating and managing complex enforcement/collections matters
Fluent in Spanish and English; experience working with international teams and clients
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
