Join a national personal-injury litigation team handling complex, cross-border serious injury claims. The role focuses on high-value multi-track litigation for individuals injured abroad or foreign residents injured in the UK, covering matters such as RTA, employers’ liability, travel/holiday, aviation, cruise and clinical negligence.

You will manage your own caseload of challenging international matters, work collaboratively on multi-claimant cases, attend hearings and client meetings (some travel required), and contribute to developing novel jurisdictional and liability arguments.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–6 years' PQE (applications outside this range considered if suitably experienced)
Substantive serious injury/multi-track litigation experience
Experience of high-value or complex personal injury claims; travel/cross-border litigation desirable
Excellent client-care, advocacy and case-management skills; ability to travel for client/contact and court work
