Seeking a securities associate to join an investment funds practice handling structured securities offerings and fund-related work. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters, including real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and complex financings for institutional and private real estate clients.

This is a US-wide opportunity with flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s US offices. The team values strong analytical and drafting ability, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions both independently and as part of a deal team.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the applicable US state.
Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience managing structured securities offerings; experience at a large AmLaw firm preferred.
Substantive experience in commercial real estate law, particularly real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions.
Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and to manage transactions independently in a fast-paced environment.
