Top-tier US practice is seeking an associate to join its market-leading Investment Funds Secondaries team. The role focuses on secondary private equity transactions, including continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries and related fund formation work.

The team advises on a broad range of cutting-edge secondary market matters for institutional clients. The position is fast-paced and requires strong transactional instincts, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex matters across multiple stakeholders.

This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and requires in‑office attendance. Candidates must be able to comply with the employer's standard policies.

Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in private equity/secondaries or related fund work
Demonstrable experience on secondaries transactions, continuation funds, LP-led deals or fund formation
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience
Excellent drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment
