The role involves fact development, discovery, motion practice, coordination with technical experts, and trial preparation.
The position is open across multiple U.S. offices with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C., San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. The team represents a range of technology clients, from multinational companies to innovative start-ups, in high-stakes telecommunications and multimedia standards disputes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3–6 years of patent litigation experience (federal district court experience preferred)
- Experience with ITC (Section 337) investigations and PTAB proceedings (IPRs)
- Experience working with technical experts and handling complex technologies; interest/experience with SEPs/FRAND and telecom standards
- Excellent analytical and writing skills; collaborative team player
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
