A national IP litigation team seeks a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to handle complex patent disputes across federal district courts, the ITC (Section 337), and PTAB matters. The role involves fact development, discovery, motion practice, coordination with technical experts, and trial preparation.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C., San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. The team represents a range of technology clients, from multinational companies to innovative start-ups, in high-stakes telecommunications and multimedia standards disputes.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–6 years of patent litigation experience (federal district court experience preferred)
Experience with ITC (Section 337) investigations and PTAB proceedings (IPRs)
Experience working with technical experts and handling complex technologies; interest/experience with SEPs/FRAND and telecom standards
Excellent analytical and writing skills; collaborative team player
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
