IP Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Mid-level associate role in a national firm’s intellectual property litigation team, based in San Francisco. The position focuses on patent litigation matters across district courts, ITC proceedings, and PTAB matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners, strong briefing and motion practice skills, and comfort with fact and expert discovery. A technical background (electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent) is preferred; USPTO registration is a plus but not required.

• 3–5 years PQE in patent litigation or closely related litigation experience
• Experience litigating in federal district courts and/or before the ITC and handling PTAB proceedings
• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical experience preferred
• Admission to the California Bar required; USPTO registration preferred
• Strong legal writing, briefing, and courtroom/ deposition preparedness
