Seeking an experienced IP litigation partner to join a well-established Boston disputes practice. The role focuses on leading complex intellectual property litigation matters across federal and state courts, handling high-stakes patent, trade secret and related technology disputes.

The team is collaborative and litigation-focused, working with senior litigators across offices and practice groups. The role is suited to a partner who will build and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.

Applicants should have an existing portable practice and a demonstrated record of bringing and sustaining client matters. The firm offers a partner leadership role within a nationally recognised US litigation platform.

Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation (patent, trade secret, or related technology disputes).
Existing portable practice / demonstrable client relationships suitable for a lateral partner role.
Strong trial and motion practice, with federal court experience and appellate exposure preferred.
Track record of business development and client management; ability to mentor and lead teams.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and clean professional standing.
