Seeking a senior lateral partner to join and grow a busy Corporate practice in Boston with a strong focus on M&A, private equity, and capital markets, alongside emerging-growth and technology transactions. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams, including intellectual property and securities, to advise technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

The firm is prioritizing candidates who can originate and lead complex transactional matters, develop client relationships, and help build a regional team. This is a partner-track opening for experienced rainmakers and practice leaders looking to expand an established platform in a major U.S. market.

Partner-level experience in M&A, private equity, and/or capital markets with significant technology or emerging‑growth work.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across IP, securities and tech-focused practices.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials.
