Leading law firm’s Boston office is seeking a lateral partner to expand and lead its Life Sciences & Technology practice. The role will combine transaction and strategic advisory work for emerging and established companies in the life sciences, medtech and technology sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and play a visible business-development role, cultivating client relationships and originating new work across the region. This position offers senior leadership responsibility within a market-facing practice group.

Established partner with a track record advising life sciences, healthcare or technology companies
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice expected
Experience on corporate transactions and commercial agreements relevant to life sciences/tech
Active bar admission and excellent client-facing and mentoring skills
