Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Boston corporate team with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate work and technology/intellectual property matters and will handle both transactional and contentious IP matters as needed.

The position will work with cross‑office sector teams covering life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients. The successful candidate will help grow client relationships, originate new mandates and collaborate with specialists across corporate, capital markets and tech‑transaction practices.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level transaction and client-development track record in M&A and/or capital markets, with technology or IP-related experience
Proven ability to originate and lead cross‑practice, sector-focused deals and to work collaboratively across offices
Strong reputation with clients in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy preferred
