Seeking a partner to join a busy emerging companies and venture capital practice based in Boston. The role will involve leading transactions for growth-stage companies and advising investors across formation, financings, and exits.

The team works with startups, venture funds and strategic investors across a range of sectors. This is an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, expand a venture-focused practice and collaborate with cross-office deal teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in emerging growth, venture capital or startup transactions
• Strong client origination and business development capability
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Massachusetts
