Experienced IP litigation partner sought to join a busy London disputes team. The role involves leading high-value intellectual property litigation matters, directing strategy in court and arbitration, and managing a team of associates.

The team handles complex cross-border disputes; the successful candidate will work closely with commercial and patent specialists and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with an established litigation practice and a record of winning and retaining clients. A portable practice is required.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation.
