Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy class actions practice within a major international litigation group. The role involves leading complex, high-stakes class and collective actions across multiple jurisdictions, managing large team-based litigation matters and developing strategy from pleadings through trial and appeal.

Preference will be given to groups over individual hires. A portable practice is expected, and candidates with data-privacy and cross-border litigation experience will be viewed particularly favorably. Geography is reasonably flexible across the listed UK and US offices.

Established partner-level experience handling domestic and international class actions and mass tort litigation
Track record of leading teams on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters; significant courtroom or trial experience preferable
Portable client relationships / demonstrable origination and business development ability
Experience with data-privacy related class claims is a strong plus
Admissions in relevant jurisdictions and ability to work across time zones and offices
