The role will handle cross-border privacy disputes, regulatory investigations and class/group actions, working closely with teams across jurisdictions.
The team advises corporate clients on complex privacy, cybersecurity and data-protection matters and is expanding to meet increasing market demand. The role offers leadership responsibility on major matters and collaboration with both UK and international colleagues.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a portable practice or significant client relationships in privacy/data-protection litigation and a track record of originating or developing business.
- Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong privacy & data-protection focus.
- Demonstrable experience handling cross-border privacy disputes, regulatory investigations and class/group actions.
- Proven business development record and ability to bring or build a portable practice.
- Admission to practive in relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work across UK/US matters.
